Evoluzione Naturale 2026 – January 25 and 26 the 7th natural wine fair in the heart of Puglia

Evoluzione Naturale is a cultural project and fair dedicated to natural and artisanal wine that returns every January to the charming village of Grottaglie, in the province of Taranto, Puglia. Created as a meeting place for producers, industry professionals, importers and enthusiasts, the event focuses on wine as an expression of territory, sustainability and respect for nature, enhancing conscious production practices and methods that harmonize tradition and innovation.

The seventh edition of Evoluzione Naturale 2026 will take place on January 25 and 26, 2026 at the Antico Convento dei Cappuccini in Grottaglie, a place full of history and charm nestled in the Fullonese Gravina, where every year there is an authentic and participatory atmosphere

The centerpiece of the event remains the fair with tasting tables, where some 60 producers from Italy and Europe present their natural and artisanal wines. Visitors can explore a wide selection of labels, talk directly with winemakers and discover the stories, methods and philosophies that drive contemporary natural viticulture.

Tasting Booth Hours:

• Sunday, January 25: 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Monday, Jan. 26: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Tickets include tasting pass with goblet and goblet bag; reduced rates are available for members of Food & Wine associations, HoReCa operators and dedicated press access.

Insights program

In addition to free tastings, Natural Evolution 2026 offers an in-depth program:

• “Looks at the Wine Market ” workshop – a time for professionals to discuss central issues such as economic sustainability, market dynamics, communication and the role of the supply chain, with the participation of recognized experts and producers.
• Guided tastings – sessions dedicated to thematic categories of wines, designed to offer targeted sensory and technical pathways.
• Fuori Salone (Jan. 24) – the eve of the official event will experience an off-show spread among venues in Grottaglie, where visitors can meet winemakers in an informal and convivial atmosphere
