VinNatur Milano: Two days and 60 winemakers at the Tempio del Futuro Perduto. On October 18 and November 8, two groups of 30 Italian and European producers will take part in tastings and one-on-one meetings

Two dates, 60 Italian and European winemakers, and a different lineup for each event, with 30 winemakers participating on October 18 and another 30on November 8. VinNatur – Associazione Viticoltori Naturali, chaired by Angiolino Maule, is coming to the Tempio del Futuro Perduto in Milan with a format that spreads the producers over two days to allow more time for tastings and direct interaction with visitors.

The choice of Milan stems from the association’s desire to reach a diverse audience—ranging from enthusiasts to the press to restaurant professionals—and to create new opportunities for dialogue around natural wine. “The capital of Lombardy represents a new opportunity to meet people and organizations we haven’t yet had the chance to reach,” explains Angiolino Maule, President of VinNatur. “For us, this is the most important value of an event, in keeping with the motto ‘Small is Beautiful’: being able to share the work that goes into every bottle and the core values of our association,” he adds.

Program

On Sunday, October 18, producers from Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Lombardy, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Sicily, Tuscany, Umbria, and Veneto will be in attendance, along with a producer from Franconia, Germany.

On Sunday, November 8, the lineup will change completely: winemakers from Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Lombardy, Piedmont, Apulia, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany, Umbria, and Veneto, along with a winemaker from Catalonia, Spain.

Rounding out the event isa food area featuring offerings from the Tempio del Futuro Perduto bar—including vegan and gluten-free options—as well as food trucks BaoMi, serving Taiwanese street food, and El Gordito, which will bring Argentine empanadas.

As with the other events organized throughout the year, the proceeds from this event will go toward supporting the Association’s research projects and, on this occasion, will provide concrete support for the activities of the Tempio del Futuro Perduto, which hosts VinNatur Milano.

Originally housed in a former tram depot, the Tempio is now a cultural center dedicated to promoting social and cultural initiatives for the community. VinNatur’s contribution will help purchase new furnishings, with the goal of making the Tempio’s spaces even more functional and welcoming.
