Mugello – Appenninia Wine Festival 2026

Appenninia Wine Festival 2026 – Wines of the Apennines return to Mugello Circuit: tastings, masterclasses, conferences and Wine Shop
On the weekend of February 8 and 9, 2026, theAppenninia Wine Festival will open its doors in the picturesque setting of theMugello racetrack . The spotlight will be on the wines of theApennine arc and their territorial identity.
Now in its fourth edition, the festival promoted by the PROVIMU – Produttori Vini Mugello association invites wine lovers, operators and the press to discover more than 40 producers from all over the Apennines, in an experience that combines tastings, wine culture, in-depth studies and moments of discussion.
A festival to tell the story of deep-sea wine
Appenninia is not just a wine fair: it is a cultural project that tells the stories of Apennine producers, the richness of hill and mountain territories and the value of small-scale production. The 2026 edition aims to enhance these realities through a program full of tastings, masterclasses, thematic talks and meetings with experts, with the goal of raising awareness of the wines of Italy’s highlands.
Technically coordinating the event is Francesco Saverio Russo, a wine communicator and popularizer with years of experience in conducting masterclasses and in-depth seminars. Also present as Brand Ambassador of the 2026 edition will be Ilaria Lorini, elected Best Sommelier of Italy AIS 2025, a figure who embodies the values of quality, expertise and rootedness in the territory that the festival aims to promote.
