What’s new in the 2025 edition

The 2025 edition of the Fiera dei Vini, scheduled for Nov. 22-24 at Piacenza Expo, opens to new perspectives. The event comes this year with two important new features:

• the expansion of the area dedicated to mixology, carried out under the patronage of AIBES – Italian Association of Barmen and Supporters,
• the introduction of a tour route designed to highlight wineries that offer hospitality experiences. More than half of the exhibiting companies – already 18 Italian regions are represented, along with producers from Austria, France and Slovenia – present a structured wine tourism offer that will be highlighted through dedicated signage and a catalog distributed at the entrance to the event. In this context is the partnership with the National Association of Wine Cities, which during the Fiera dei Vini will organize an institutional meeting with the municipalities of Emilia-Romagna that are members of the network to promote increasingly integrated wine tourism routes and itineraries.

A winning format

The winning format implemented in previous editions is confirmed: a people-friendly festival where direct dialogue between producers and winelovers is at the heart of the experience:

• At the tasting counters, it will be possible to meet the wineries, taste and buy wines directly, with the convenience of trolleys available.
• A wide selection of food and craft specialties rounds out the itinerary.
• Also this year, space is given to culture: among the side events, “Filari di Libri” returns, the area dedicated to Italian publishing proposals in combination with the wine territory.

“Fiera dei Vini is once again confirmed in this edition as the most dynamic and complete market exhibition, capable of interpreting the contemporary wine scenario with a selection of more than two hundred winemakers,” says Sergio Copelli, General Coordinator of Piacenza Expo. “Of particular interest is also the professional focus on the Horeca channel, accompanied by a marketing activity aimed at encouraging meetings between operators.

• Saturday, Nov. 22 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Sunday, November 23 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Monday, November 24 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Online ticketing is already active on the event website: www.fieradeivini.it. AIS, ONAV, FISAR, AIC, AIBES members and industry professionals can apply for reduced day tickets upon registration and accreditation. Minors do not pay admission and are not allowed to do tastings.

Starting Sept. 1, it is also possible to purchase tickets online for thematic master classes, including one dedicated to extra virgin olive oil by Luigi Caricato, editor of Olio Officina magazine.
