Argiano at Jackie O’ Wine Club: in March 2026, Solengo stars in a special evening at one of Rome’s most exclusive wine clubs
Ready for a new date at the Jackie O’ Wine Club?
The star of the evening in March will be Argiano, one of Montalcino’s most prestigious and traditional businesses.
As usual, Chiara Giannotti of Vino.Tv will present the evening , with Bernardino Sani, Enologist and CEO of the company as well as General Manager of James Valentino Hospitality. They will be supported as usual by the venue’s sommelier Manuel Pompili. Together they will take you on a discovery of Montalcino through a vertical tasting of four vintages of Solengo Toscana IGT, paired with an extraordinary menu created for the occasion by Chef Federico Sparaco of Jackie O’.
Tasting menu:
- Solengo 2021 accompanied by crispy alpine tomino cheese, Jerusalem artichokes in double texture and drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- Solengo 2019 with fresh egg pasta pappardelle, slow-cooked wild boar ragout
- Solengo 2017 paired with filet mignon of beef in green pepper sauce
- Solengo 2013 with selection of long aged cheeses
