Fattoria Le Pupille at Jackie O’ Wine Club, Maremma stars in November tasting at one of Rome’s most exclusive wineclubs

Ready for a new date at the Jackie O’ Wine Club?

The stars of the November evening will be the wines of Le Pupille Farm.

As usual, Chiara Giannotti of Vino.Tv will present the evening , in the company of Elisabetta Geppetti, owner of the Maremma winery. They will be supported as usual by the venue’s sommelier Manuel Pompili. Together they will take you on a discovery of Maremma through the tasting of four great wines paired with an extraordinary menu created for the occasion by Chef Federico Sparaco of Jackie O’.

Tasting menu:

• Piemme Toscana Igt 2022 accompanied by carpaccio of hooked sea bass with grapefruit, hazelnuts and roe
• Poggio Valente Toscana Igt 2022 with Tortellino Bolognese with French butter, roast sauce and wild fennel
• Saffredi Toscana Igt 2022 paired with veal filet mignon with Cabernet Sauvignon, plums and light Camembert fondue
• Le Pupille Syrah Toscana Igt 2020 with low-temperature duck breast lacquered in orange with oriental spices
