Sorsi di Vagliagli
Sorsi di Vagliagli returns with its third edition: September 19-20-21, 2025, three days of wine, flavors and culture in the heart of Chianti Classico.
After the success of the previous editions, “Sorsi di Vagliagli” returns with its third edition. An entire weekend of celebration, from September 19 to 21, among the charming streets of the medieval village of Vagliagli, discovering Chianti Classico Docg and local excellence.
Organized by the Vagliagli Association, in collaboration with the local Polisportiva, theCamminando a QuercegrossaAssociation and under the patronage of the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga and the Chianti Classico Consortium, the event confirms itself as one of the most anticipated events of the Tuscan autumn for enthusiasts, wine lovers and visitors curious to discover the territory through taste.
The tastings will involve UGA Vagliagli (Additional Geographical Unit) wineries, which will accompany the public to discover different interpretations of Chianti Classico, in an authentic and convivial setting.
Experiences not to be missed:
Friday, Sept. 19 – Author’s dinner with blind tasting. Starting at 8 p.m., an exclusive sensory experience signed by chef Andrea Nassi is staged at La Taverna di Vagliagli. His traditional cuisine meets a selection of the best Chianti Classico and Riserva in a blind tasting. I names of producers will remain secret until the last glass. An invitation to be guided only by the palate, to discover the most authentic soul of wine, beyond the label. Limited seats, reservations required. Saturday, Sept. 20 and Sunday, Sept. 21 – Wine, street food and territory. The heart of the village will host wine stands, tasting stands, traditional dishes reinterpreted in street food, local crafts and moments of conviviality, accompanied by live music and entertainment.
Sunday, September 21 – Hiking among vineyards and hills. Walking and biking trails will allow you to explore the surrounding landscape among vineyards, olive groves and breathtaking views, to experience Vagliagli at 360 degrees. For info and reservations: vino@vagliagli.com

The event will take place in the historic center of Vagliagli, between Vittorio Emanuele Square and the main streets of the village.
Public Opening Hours:
– Friday, Sept. 19: 8 p.m. – Blind Tasting.
– Saturday, Sept. 20: Banquet opening from 6 p.m. to midnight
– Sunday, Sept. 21: Meet at 10 a.m. in Vagliagli for the start of the walking and biking routes. Banquet opening from 12 noon to 7 p.m.
