An unmissable event that every year on the third weekend of October celebrates the protagonists of agricultural and oenological knowledge of a vast and generous territory, guardian of ancient flavors and promoter of a new well-being that only Tuscan nature can offer.

Focus of the 13th Edition of the Terre di Pisa Food & Wine Festival

This edition will be a true tribute to the truffle, with its unique and intense aroma, as unmistakable as the food and wine wealth of the Terre di Pisa. It will be an opportunity to discover its different species and scents. But also to dispel some myths. The truffle, in fact, is not a root or a tuber, but rather an underground fungus that grows in symbiosis with the roots of specific plants, completing its life cycle underground.

The Festival reconfirms its focus on food sustainability, understood as enhancing zero-mileage production, promoting the Mediterranean diet, food safety and waste reduction.

The heart of the Festival

The market exhibition will be the beating heart of the event. Nearly 90 producers from the Lands of Pisa will welcome you to their stands. It will be a unique opportunity to discover, taste and buy local products of the highest quality, the result of work rooted in the traditions of the Pisa countryside. The producers themselves will be on hand to tell you about the value of their efforts, their meticulous care in creating genuine, healthy and sustainable products, guiding you on a journey of discovery of their excellence.
