La Grande Festa del Vino 2025 (The Great Wine Festival): September 27 and 28, the most exciting wine event in the province of Venice

The great momentum and dedication to excellent quality wines and delicious gastronomic products have contributed in these 18 years of evolution, to increase the esteem and consolidation of La Grande Festa del Vino

Of impeccable organization La Grande Festa del Vino takes place over two days of tastings, flavors, culture and pleasant encounters in the Venetian with the most prestigious wine producers and wineries in Italy and the world, in an exclusive setting.

Wines from all Italian regions can be tasted as well as a selection of international wines.

Producers and Sommeliers are at complete disposal in guiding guests and illustrating the organoleptic and sensory characteristics of the hundreds of wines being tasted. Visitors are provided with a professional tasting glass, an appreciation card that not only provides a clear overview of all the products being tasted but is also a valuable buying guide, on which one can note the favorable or unfavorable impressions one has had while tasting the various products.

The wines offered are of the highest level, some have been reviewed by the best Italian wine guides with the highest score. Many wines have won relevant awards in international wine competitions. The 18th Edition

The event takes place at the beautiful Villa Farsetti, in Santa Maria di Sala, in the province of Venice on September 27 and 28.

There will be more than 8,000 bottles to uncork and a world of flavors to taste. Wines from all regions of Italy and 26 countries around the world will be present. Producers and sommeliers will be present at the tasting tables to guide and illustrate you in the organoleptic and sensory characteristics of a hundred selected wines for tasting.

The public attending the event will also be a judge; in fact, they will be able to vote for the best wines and the best winery at the event.

Master Class: Four meetings will be held during the event to learn more about superb wines (history, processing method, terroir, producer’s philosophy, organoleptic characteristics) led by internationally renowned professionals.

Gala Dinner: A gala dinner with all exhibitors will be held on Saturday, September 27, at “location to be determined.”

Useful Information

Public opening hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Participation in the event does not require reservations (free admission). It is possible that some of the products being tasted will sell out before the end of the event. The event will also be held in case of rain (takes place inside the facility).

Master Classes are fee-based, access only with online reservation.
