Now in its fifth edition, this small but valuable publication brings together nearly 400 wines carefully selected by Daniele Cernilli and his team: whites, rosés, light reds and bubbles from all over Italy, chosen for their freshness, drinkability and balance, qualities that are essential in the warmer months. The wines are offered without vintages, to emphasize that quality depends not only on the most recent vintage, but also on the production consistency of the wineries.
