100% Carricante. 35 hl cask for 11 months. Son of a hot vintage and latest edition signed by Silvia Maestrelli. Full gold. Initial hydrocarbon perceptions gradually give way to ripe yellow citrus and tropical fruit, then to almost dusty and white pepper sensations, before returning to mouthwatering nuances of melted butter. The palate is consistent, opulent and rounded, but a definite marked acid-savory streak comes timely to degrease the palate, giving a clean, dry finish with citrus and smoky echoes.
