65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir. Minimum 26 months on the lees, 33 g/l residual. Pale pink, uniform perlage. Notes of candied apricot and strawberry candy on the nose. Sweet on the attack, then creamy on the palate. It leaves a balanced taste on its passage reminiscent of strawberry and small red fruits.
