The 2021 vintage is currently on the market; this bottle is a preview. Already the color shows its youth: deep straw yellow with many greenish reflections; the same youth is evident on the nose with residual scents of banana and pineapple flanking yellow fruit and some herbs. On the drink, however, it is full, fruity and dry; it retains some residue from its stay on the lees, but savoriness and spiciness, supported by important acidity, close a smooth and long sip.
