100% Lambrusco Salamino. Classic method with disgorgement after 10 years on the lees. Last vintage released. Intense red with good luminosity, characterized by discreet but compact mousse. The aromas are richly nuanced, from red plum to Vignola cherry, with nice floral notes in the background. In the mouth it is silky, fresh, seemingly light, actually of great elegance and finesse.
