100% Lambrusco Salamino. Classic method with recent disgorgement. Still intact red of remarkable transparency with distinct garnet notes, light and evanescent mousse with a pale pink color. Aromas recall cherry and black cherry compotes, references to spices and sweet tobacco inevitable, with return of humus. Mouth apparently light, actually of great acid tension, fragrant and engaging.
