100% Lambrusco Salamino. Classic method with recent disgorgement. Garnet red with beautiful transparency. The mousse is evanescent with pink reflections. Nose only slightly fruity, it already shows, decisive, an anomalous tertiarization for the type, with notes of leather and juniper that add to an undercurrent of jammy red fruit and a delicious balsamicity. The mouth is refined, very elegant, with great tension and pleasantness.
