Taste of Rome 2026: May 6-10, the great haute cuisine festival returns to the capital city
From May 6 to 10, 2026 returns to Rome. Taste of Rome, the international festival that celebrates the capital’s cuisine through its most representative protagonists.
Now in its 10th edition, the event is confirmed as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the year, capable of telling the story of the evolution of Roman catering in an accessible, dynamic and engaging format.
The Gazometer is transformed into a taste village
For 2026, Taste of Roma is inaugurating a new phase by choosing as its location the striking Gazometro Ostiense, a symbol of contemporary Rome.
For five days, this post-industrial space becomes a true taste village, where tastings, meetings and entertainment coexist in an informal atmosphere that brings the general public closer to haute cuisine.
More than 20 restaurants and great chefs star
The heart of the event is the chance to taste, in one place, signature dishes from some of the city’s best restaurants.
In fact, more than 20 restaurants will be present, including big names and new emerging establishments, offering a complete overview of the contemporary Roman gastronomic scene.
