Monviert
DESCRIPTION
Monviert, which in Friulian means “open mountain,” is nestled in the hilly landscape of Spessa, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. Once known as Ronchi San Giuseppe, it has borne this name since 2013 and is owned by one of the branches of the Zorzettig family, well-known winemakers throughout the region. Their production is diverse and very consistent, with standout wines of remarkable quality. The “house specialty” is Friulano in its various forms.
