100% Sauvignon. 12 months half in tonneau and half in steel. Straw-colored with distinct green highlights. Broad, elegant, intense nose with pomelo, cedar, peach, a slight hydrocarbon, sandalwood. Savory, with a creamy but agile and snappy mouthfeel, vertical without excess and an intense and very persistent finish.
