Fondi – Brunello at the Palace

Brunello a Palazzo returns – On Dec. 5 in Fondi, the capital of food and wine culture, Brunello meets the gastronomic excellence of the Pontine region.

Brunello a Palazzo is an event signed Decant Association. Since 2015 it has been bringing Brunello di Montalcino to Fondi (LT), pairing it with the gastronomic excellence of the Pontine territory.

On Friday, Dec. 5, the prestigious halls of Palazzo Caetani, in the heart of the city of Fondi, will host a food and wine itinerary featuring many Brunello-producing wineries and gastronomic excellence from the Pontine area.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste glasses of Brunello, accompanied by dishes specially prepared by chefs and culinary professionals.

Gastronomic offerings at Palazzo Caetani will be curated by: Altrò Restaurant, Antico Mulino & Agricola Marcellino, Antipapa Beato Ristoro, Chocolart Fiortini, Fratelli Tazio, Gregorio De Gregoris, Laghetto Living, Locanda Ercole, Michele Chinappi, Norcineria Petrillo, Osteria De Maldè, Passione Iberico and Zero Food Experience.

The evening will open with a Masterclass on old vintages.

The event is organized by the Decant Association, in collaboration with EnoClub Siena. It is sponsored by the Ente Parco Naturale Regionale Monti Ausoni e Lago di Fondi and the Municipality of Fondi.

The tasting booths will be open to the public on Friday, December 5, from 7:30 p.m. to midnight.
