30th Enosymposium – Wine: Identity and Value; The Future Through Storytelling,July 3–5, 2026, in Sicily
One of the most important events dedicated to the world of wine and wine culture is back: the 30th Enosimposio, scheduled for July 3–5, 2026, in Sicily.
A special edition celebrating three decades of dialogue, research, and education, centered on a highly topical theme: “Wine: Identity and Value—The Future Through Storytelling.”
The event will bring together winemakers, producers, institutions, and experts in communications, distribution, and marketing to reflect on the role of contemporary wine: not merely an agricultural product, but an expression of territories, people, and identities.
Three days packed with meetings, panel discussions, technical tastings, and networking opportunities, featuring a program focused on the challenges facing the wine industry: from enhancing the narrative around wine to new market trends, from technological innovation to consumers’ perception of quality.
The opening day, Friday, July 3, will kick off the event with a discussion focused on the relationship between winemakers and the wine industry, exploring the topic of recognizing the value of wine and strategies for navigating ever-changing markets. The program will also include a discussion on new trends in distribution and the role of digital communication.
On Saturday, July 4, the focus will be on research and education, with presentations on winemaking strategies, the relationship between producers and consumers, and the role of neuroscience in the perception of wine. There will also be technical tastings focused on Sicilian wine regions, rangingfrom Etna DOC to Metodo Classico, as well as the island’s great grape varieties such as Nero d’Avola.
Rounding out the program are social events and opportunities for networking among industry professionals, including the Music Dinner Celebration for the 30th Enosimposio, scheduled for the evening of July 4.
An unmissable event for anyone who sees wine as culture, territory, and the future: an opportunity to learn about the industry’s latest developments and discover how storytelling can become a key tool for showcasing the value of every bottle.
