Romana, classe 1984, ottima forchetta, archiviata la Laurea magistrale in comunicazione, con tesi rigorosamente sul cibo, nel 2008 inizia a scrivere di enogastronomia per il freepress Aroma. Mentre studia per diplomarsi Sommelier Ais, inizia a lavorare nella redazione del Gambero Rosso, scrivendo per guide, rivista e web. Dopo una parentesi istituzionale nell'ufficio stampa del Ministero delle politiche agricole, torna in redazione, a Bibenda, dove si diploma anche Sommelier dell'Olio. È lì che conosce Alessandro Brizi con il quale cura oggi l'house organ ufficiale dell'ONAV, L'Assaggiatore, diretto dal Doc Cernilli.
