Romana, classe 1984, laureata in comunicazione con una tesi sul cibo, inizia a scrivere di enogastronomia nel 2008 per il freepress Aroma. Dopo il diploma da Sommelier AIS, lavora al Gambero Rosso occupandosi di guide, rivista e web. Successivamente passa all’ufficio stampa del Ministero delle Politiche Agricole, poi a Bibenda, dove ottiene anche il titolo di Sommelier dell’Olio. Oggi collabora con Alessandro Brizi alla cura di L’Assaggiatore, la rivista ufficiale dell’ONAV, diretta da Daniele Cernilli.
