Among the most original events on the Italian wine calendar is. Only Wine Festival, the event dedicated to the new generations of wine that returns to Città di CastelloApril 25-27, 2026.

The festival represents a point of reference for those who want to discover the most dynamic and innovative face of Italian viticulture: a show that focuses on young winemakers and small production realities, which are often difficult to meet at large trade fairs.

Created with the aim of offering visibility to new generations of wine, Only Wine has become over the years a true national showcase for up-and-coming win eries and producers who interignaioliprate the territory with a spirit of research and experimentation.

A festival dedicated to the new generation of wine

The uniqueness of Only Wine Festival lies precisely in the selection criteria for participating wineries. In fact, producers under 40, wineries with less than 15 years of history or wineries with areas under 10 hectares of vines can take part in the event.

This approach makes it possible to bring to the fore some of the most interesting realities of the contemporary wine scene, offering the public the chance to discover innovative wines, emerging wine projects and new interpretations of Italian territories.

The event brings together about 100 producers from all regions of Italy each year, creating a mosaic of styles, grape varieties and territorial identities that tell the story of the richness of Italian wine through the eyes of new generations.

Tastings, meetings and masterclasses

The heart of the event is the tasting tables, where visitors can taste hundreds of labels and meet the winemakers directly, discovering the stories and ideas behind each bottle.

Alongside free tastings are master classes and guided tastings led by sommeliers and industry professionals, designed to explore specific topics in the world of wine and highlight new wine trends.

The festival is spread over three days:

• Saturday and Sunday devoted mainly to enthusiasts and the public;

• Monday designed especially for industry operators, buyers and Horeca professionals, with moments of discussion and networking between producers and operators.

The market exhibition formula also allows visitors to purchase the wines tasted directly, fostering a direct relationship between producers and the public.
