Gambellara – VinNatur Festival 2026

VinNatur Festival 2026, the great natural wine festival returns to Gambellara: three days of natural wines, 180 European winemakers, tastings, master classes and meetings with producers.
April 11-13, 2026 returns to Gambellara one of the most anticipated events for natural wine enthusiasts: the VinNatur Tasting 2026.
Now in its 21st year, the event organized by theVinNatur Association confirms itself as one of the main European reference points for the world of natural wine, capable of bringing together producers, operators and wine lover in an authentic and strongly identifiable context.
A journey into the world of natural wine
For three days the Margraf Show-room space will host some 180 winemakers from all over Europe, from Italy to France, Germany to Spain, and Austria, Slovenia and Albania.
A unique opportunity to taste wines that are born from a common vision: respect for the environment, minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar, and a strong connection with the land.
This is not just a fair, but a true meeting of people and production philosophies, where each goblet tells a story of research, sustainability and craftsmanship.
Tasting booths, Masterclasses, meetings and insights
The heart of the event is the large tasting counter, where it will be possible:
- meet producers directly
- freely taste all the labels present
- purchase the wines in the tasting
Alongside the tasting counters of the winemakers of VinNatur – Association of Natural Winegrowers, the 2026 program is enriched with guided masterclasses, meetings and in-depth discussions dedicated to the dialogue between natural wine and gastronomy.
- The calendar of meetings will open on Saturday, April 11, at 11 a.m. with. Microbiological alterations of wines., a technical tasting curated by Food Micro Team. Agronomist Giacomo Buscioni and food technologist Damiano Barbato will lead a blind tasting of white wines specially modified to highlight the main organoleptic alterations of microbiological origin.
- Also on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., space is given to the relationship between wine and cuisine with Pairing? A question of style (Introduction to the Vinology method) , a meeting led by Alessandro Torcoli, journalist, sommelier, publisher and editor of the historic magazine Civiltà del bere. Addressing enthusiasts and the curious, Torcoli will present the volume Vinology Pairings and will illustrate the principles that guide the choice of pairing food and wine with four glasses and four dishes. Autographed copies of the publication will also be available for purchase at the event.
- OnSunday, April 12, at 2 p.m., the focus will shift to one of Europe’s most fascinating wine regions with the masterclass The Multiplicity of Alsace, led by Samuel Cogliati, author, popularizer and founder of Possibilia Editore. Through a selection of representative labels, Cogliati will recount the extraordinary geological diversity of Alsace, highlighting how different soils can generate multiple and surprising interpretations, far beyond the most widespread image linked to great aromatic whites.
In addition to the winemakers’ stalls, VinNatur Tasting 2026 will also offer moments of entertainment and conviviality: on Saturday afternoon there will be a live performance by the Ruggero Robin Trio, while on Sunday a jam session by the quartet Saxphonia.
What’s new in the 2026 edition
Among the novelties of the 2026 edition are the reality of Controcorrente Vermouth, a project that recounts the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean starting with wines from small producers who work in harmony with nature, that of AVLA – Association Vins Libres d’Alsace, present with a shared tasting desk, and The Terroirs Project, an initiative developed in collaboration with international winemakers to produce accessible and authentic wines.
Also of note are Saulty Chef, which transforms meat and fish through innovative kinetic salting techniques, and Amami Shochu, a Japanese distillate made fromkokutō cane sugar and kōji rice , produced exclusively in the Amami Islands.
Confirmed for the second year is the participation of ScuolaLibera – Alla Nostra Portata, an association promoting steinerian pedagogy that will offer an exclusively vegetarian menu in the food area, where numerous artisanal realities such as Fattoria Valli Unite, La Casara, the Bologna-based food truck Stappo e Sposto, Passion Cocoa, Torrefazione Giamaica, Birrificio Morgana and Birrificio Agricolo Sorio will also be located.
