Over the course of the two weekends, following the traditional format of Ein Prosit, the much-anticipated “Itinerari del Gusto” events will take place , featuring several renowned chefs who will showcase their signature dishes—and more—at local restaurants.
Special attention will be given to regional products and wines, which will take center stage during the guided tastings scheduled for the two weekends and led by well-known industry figures.
The events will take place outdoors at Laghi di Fusine at 1:00 p.m., prior to the concerts organized by the No Borders Music Festival featuring Elvis Costello and Tom Smith, LP ( Saturday, July 11, and Sunday, July 12); Coez and I Patagarri, Einaudi ( Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19).
All events will be free for concert ticket holders, subject to prior reservation.
A statement by Sergio Emidio Bini, Regional Councilor for Economic Development and Tourism
“Tarvisio and the entire Friuli-Venezia Giulia region are preparing to host the summer edition of Ein Prosit, set against the unique backdrop of the Julian Alps, which serves as the natural setting for an event that has become a symbol of international haute cuisine and the promotion of our region’s finest products. With Ein Prosit Summer Edition, we’re taking a successful format beyond traditional urban settings, highlighting Tarvisio and its extraordinary summer tourism appeal: an open gateway between Italy, Austria, and Slovenia, where nature, sports, and hospitality intertwine with exceptional food and wine.”
Once again this year, visitors will be treated to a rich and engaging program that brings together leading figures in international cuisine with high-quality products from Friuli Venezia Giulia, featuring tastings, meetings, and in-depth sessions dedicated to food and ingredients. All set against a breathtakingly beautiful landscape, making the experience even more immersive and authentic.”(…)”
