40% Corvina, 40% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella dried. Matures 3 years in barrique, then steel and bottle. Intense ruby. Very expressive on the nose, with balsamic and toasted notes reminiscent of tonka bean. It conveys umami sensations, creating appetite on the palate. And the palate does not disappoint with notes still of red fruit despite its years. With an austere finish of dried fruit and toasty notes.
