This white is the most experimental, produced in less than two thousand liters and available only at the winery, and it represents an aspect of the research journey perhaps more troubled than others: foresto means foreign, outsider, and thus the presence of unusual grapes, but suited to the harsh environment of that vineyard, is admitted.
40% Bianchetta Genovese, 30% Petit Manseng and 30% Viognier. The color is bright straw yellow and just opalescent, the nose has subtle elegance, macerated white fruit, flowers. The mouth has a saline tone here also delicate, it seems almost unusual alternating with its spontaneous softness. If it is experimental, one would be inclined to say: keep it up.
