Le berette sono le bucce dell’uva, ad annunciare lo stile. Vino storico e direi centrale per Ricolla, due punto zero sta a definire l’ulteriore stadio del suo percorso. 

100% Vermentino. Sulle bucce per 14 giorni in cemento, affinamento del 40% in anfora, poi 6 mesi negli stessi contenitori per il resto della massa. Ha colore giallo carico, opaco. Naso fitto, bello, sfodera frutta bianca e gialla acerba, ginestra. In bocca attacca molto sapido, saldo, ma il sale marino lascia posto alla frutta macerata in un alternarsi alquanto giocoso.

Berets are the grape skins, announcing the style. A historic and I would say central wine for Ricolla, two point zero stands to define the further stage of its journey.

100% Vermentino. On the skins for 14 days in cement, 40% aging in amphora, then 6 months in the same containers for the rest of the mass. It has a deep yellow, opaque color. Dense, beautiful nose, shows off unripe white and yellow fruit, broom. In the mouth it attacks very savory, firm, but sea salt gives way to macerated fruit in a rather playful alternation.
