100% Syrah from the top of the de’ Canonici vineyard. Matures 18 months in large barrels. Ruby red. Sharp nose on red fruit, balsamic bark and warm spice notes. Dense, juicy, agile texture with refined tannins. Excellent progression and spicy, lingering finish. We like the abandonment of the Cornas style.
