Fabrizio Dionisio

“We do not live (and would never want to live) by large numbers and quantity, but only by quality.” This is what Fabrizio Dionisio says, proudly claiming the artisanal style of his company. The property consists of two estates acquired at different times: in the 1970s by Fabrizio’s father, an estate of about seven hectares at Il Castagno, and in 1992 by Fabrizio, who bought a second plot at Poggio del Sole, not far away. Production is centered on Syrah, the princely vine of Cortona that has been acclimatized in this land for about two centuries.
