100% Sauvignon. Aged in barriques for about 10 months. Pale straw color with greenish highlights. A crisp, intense nose with notes of sandalwood, tomato leaf, fennel, and a hint of smokiness. Dense texture with excellent progression of saltiness and acidity, culminating in a youthful, persistent, and broad finish.
