Masseria Cuturi

In 1881, Tommaso Schiavoni Tafuri, a wealthy landowner from Manduria, married Countess Sabini, from Altamura, who brought a dowry of Primitivo vines that were planted in Cuturi, in the fertile Conca D’Oro. The current winery was reborn in 2007, when the Rossi Chauvenet family breathed new life into the Masseria. In addition to wines is hospitality, with suites located in the 17th-century main building. Finally, there is the Academy, a place where training is done to pass on the ancient recipes of Apulian cuisine.
