Pacher Hof

DESCRIPTION
The Pacherhof estate dates as far back as 1142, and Andreas Huber’s grandfather Josef was one of the pioneers of viticulture in the Eisack Valley. The wines are typical of the area and are characterized as whites with great personality and elegance. The vineyards are over 600 meters above sea level and are among the oldest in the area; to this picture must be added a very natural approach to viticulture that is leading the wineryʼs conversion to biodynamics.
