100% Zibibbo from the Bukkuram, Baron and Mueggen districts. Withering about 3 weeks. Intense amber yellow with topaz highlights. Rich and complex on the nose, with distinct hints of raisins, dried figs and apricot jam, enhanced by hints of candied orange peel, caramelized sugar and a touch of pine needle that adds freshness. There is opulence, but also harmony. The sip is broad, dense, powerful, with the sweet note being as present as it is in balance with the other components. Almost endless persistence.
