100% Chardonnay. Vinified halfway between steel and barrique, where it then matures for 9 months. Full gold. Enveloping nose condensed in sweet fruity tones of ripe apple, chamomile, hay and vanilla. A hint of yeast and toasted hazelnut then becomes apparent. The mouth is round and beautifully structured, yet energetic and pungent in its acid verve, giving great freshness and cleanliness. The leave-taking is herbaceous and unripe plum, with consistent echoes of hazelnut.
