60% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo, 15% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, from vineyards over 50 years old. 60% cement, 40% barrique and tonneau for 16 months. Ruby red just purple. Red fruit notes on the nose with a sweet, appealing nuance. Round, pleasant, drinkable mouthfeel. Nice freshness, a touch of modernity. Very balanced finish.
