100% Chardonnay. Classic method, minimum 36 months on the lees. Zero dosage. Straw yellow with green highlights. Quick bubble. Fresh and clean aroma with notes of white and sweet flowers, green apple. Then balsamic, with notes of resin and eucalyptus. But also sage, spearmint and almond. Impactful palate, stays in the middle. It heralds evolutionary notes reminiscent of strüdel. Citrusy finish.
