100% Glera. 5 years in autoclave, brut 6g/l. Pale straw yellow. Very subtle but very lively perlage. Nose with chalky notes, some yeast, hints of white and green flowers; white pulp fruit. Smooth, medium-salty palate with good presence on the palate. It leaves pleasant sensations of elderberry, wisteria and jasmine in a truly elegant floral mix.
