Enopizzeria opened by award-winning master pizzaiolo Francesco Calò, who after his success in Austria chose Rome, Stadio Olimpico area. His is an excellent contemporary Neapolitan; the blend of flours was developed by the pizzaiolo himself.
The 130-label wine list, curated by his wife Chiara Maggio, is important: for each pizza proposal on the menu, the bottle for the ideal pairing is indicated. For the evening of Valentine’s Day, there is a blind, candlelight tasting: six courses, plus pre-dessert and dessert.

Garage Forno Rome

Born out of the collaboration between white art maestro Fabrizio Franco (already behind the successes of Farro zero and Pane e Tempesta) and Franco Palermo, it is a modern, industrial-style eatery located in the Vatican area. It functions both as a neighborhood bakery, offering a distinctive selection of Roman bread and pizza, and as a contemporary wine bar, with a focus on aperitifs and a list of fifty natural and artisanal wine labels.
The proposal is a Valentine’s Day aperitif open to everyone, including singles as well as couples, an informal occasion to meet and socialize. Accompanied by Fabrizio Franco’s renowned pizzas and a lively DJ set by Anna Cullen.

Spiazzo

Spiazzo is one of the realities that have helped redefine the language of contemporary pizza in Rome, carrying out a free, technical and constantly evolving vision since 2015. Founded by Alessio Mattaccini together with his brother Fabio, the pizzeria was born in a post-industrial area between Ostiense and Marconi and is distinguished by an informal but curated identity.
For Valentine’s Day comes Dark Love, a limited-edition dessert that tells of the more intense and enveloping side of love, playing on the contrasts between light and shadow, sweetness and tension. In addition, throughout the week leading up to Valentine’s Day, a Spiazzo Love Experience card, with a free gift worth €5, will be given away to dine at the pizzeria.

The Hoxton

The Hoxton is the cosmopolitan, contemporary address in the Parioli district, known for its modern design, vibrant atmosphere and collaborations that make it a hub for cultural and social events. </span>The Hoxton offers an alternative and sensory Valentine’s Day with the event Tropical Rome. For Valentine’s Day, Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale signs two experiences for couples. At Rivington, the New York-inspired restaurant refined design and the warm notes of live jazz music.
