Named after the hamlet where the winery housed inside an old monastery is located, the winery began as a beverage producer until Stefano Antonucci decided to take it over in the 1980s, abandoning his work as a banker step by step. He thus created a strong team and decided to focus on wine production. His eclectic, visionary and out-of-the-ordinary character is perfectly reflected in the production of his wines and in the philosophy of his company, always innovative, original and with a strong international step.
