From the restored ancient village in Berardenga, a challenge to tradition has begun with the revival of many clones and grape varieties once thought to be lost. In addition, great attention is paid to the estate’s various vineyards and plots, with Sangiovese from the Chiesamonti, Colti, and Pianacci vineyards—which, together with Abrusco, Pugnitello, Malvasia Nera, Ciliegiolo, and Mazzese, provide excellent raw material that is bottled in large quantities, consistently delivering high quality.
