Cembra Cantina di Montagna

DESCRIPTION
A historic cooperative winery rooted in the Cembra Valley, one of the most spectacular wine-growing valleys in the Dolomites: terraced vineyards supported by over 700 kilometers of dry-stone walls. With approximately 300 members, it produces some of the finest high-altitude wines the Trentino region has to offer. The grapes are grown at altitudes ranging from 500 to 900 meters, and the moderately loose soils with porphyritic bases produce wines with remarkable structure and complex aromas that reveal notes of ripe fruit and salinity.
