Wine and Food Academy 2025/2026: a journey through taste, culture and solidarity

The Wine and Food Academy APS concludes the fall-winter 2025/2026 season, a journey of nine food and wine events . The goal is to enhance the culture of wine and food Italian through tasting experiences, meetings, insights and moments of conviviality.

The events, scheduled between Parma, Reggio Emilia, Bologna, Bolzano and Soriano Calabro, offer a journey that combines tradition and innovation, with a focus on dialogue between territories and the discovery of authentic productions.

But the festival is not only a tribute to taste: each stage also takes on a solidarity value. In fact, part of the proceeds from each event will be donated to the“Friends of Father Paolino” Association to complete the school in Kakoni, Uganda, and other educational and health facilities started by Comboni missionary Father Paolino Tomaino, who passed away in 2024 after more than 50 years of work in Africa.

A concrete commitment that transforms every Wine and Food Academy meeting into an experience of taste, culture and responsibility. This is how conviviality becomes a means of building the future.
The project enjoys the patronage of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the City of Parma and the City of San Giorgio di Piano . It is part of the initiatives to support the candidacy of Italian Cuisine as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Key collaborations include Rotary FRACH Team Italy 4 – Bologna North “Giulietta Masina” Delegation, FenImprese Bologna and numerous national food and wine excellence.

Moldova has a millennia-old winemaking tradition, with origins dating back more than 5,000 years.
