Slow Wine Fair 2026:The international “good, clean and fair” wine fair returns to BolognaFiere with more than 1,000 wineries, tastings, master classes and conferences.

From February 22 to 24, 2026, BolognaFiere will host the Slow Wine Fair 2026, the international event dedicated to “good, clean and fair” wines conceived according to sustainable and territory-friendly practices. Organized by BolognaFiere based on Slow Food‘s project and concept, the Slow Wine Fair confirms itself as a reference point for producers, buyers, HoReCa operators, sommeliers and wine lovers eager to discover the evolutions and diversities of the national and international wine scene.

What is the Slow Wine Fair

The Slow Wine Fair is an international fair that celebrates wines selected in accordance with the criteria of the Manifesto for Good, Clean and Fair Wine, that is, wines produced with respect for the environment, biodiversity and farming communities. The event is designed both for industry professionals-buyers, importers, distributors, restaurateurs, wine merchants, and sommeliers-and for wine enthusiasts who wish to engage with a wide and qualified range of labels from around the world.

The 2026 edition brings together more than 1,000 Italian and international wineries in Halls 15 and 20 of BolognaFiere, with a selection of more than 5,000 labels available for tasting. The event runs concurrently with SANA Food, the international exhibition dedicated to organic and natural products, offering visitors an integrated experience of wine, food and sustainability.

The Slow Wine Fair consists of three days full of activities, tastings and moments of insight.

In addition to the tasting booths, the program includes. lectures, workshops and master classes themes, aimed at analyzing contemporary challenges in viticulture, such as social inclusion, soil conservation, commitment to virtuous practices in the vineyard and new frontiers of sustainable packaging.
