Rome – Champagne Romain Tribaut at Jackie O’ Wine Club

Champagne Romain Tribaut at Jackie O’ Wine Club: The star of the evening in April will be Champagne Maison Romain Trobaut, a historical entity in the Vallée de la Marne, an authentic expression of the Champagne tradition.

As usual, Chiara Giannotti of Vino.Tv will present the evening , with Luca Giannotti representing the Tribaut winery. They will be supported as usual by the venue’s sommelier Manuel Pompili. Together they will take you on a discovery of the Vallée de la Marne through a vertical tasting of four cuvées from the Romain Tribaut maison, paired with an exceptional menu created for the occasion by Chef Federico Sparaco of Jackie O’.

The tasting includes:

• Brut Assemblage with black and white sesame tuna tataki, home-made teriaky sauce and papaya and chervil brunoise
• Brut Cru Pur Chardonnay paired with from Maccheroncino al torchio with egg, redfish sauce, shrimp
• Brut Pur Meunier La Vallée and
• Brut Pur Pinot Noir Premier Cru accompanied by Millefoglie of sea bass, artichokes, potatoes, mint oil and anchovies
• Closes the evening Sweet exotic fruit tartlet
