Nebbiolo in the Heart 2026, Jan. 17 and 18 Nebbiolo grape excellence in the heart of Rome

One of the most eagerly awaited events for lovers of wine and great Italian reds returns to Rome: Nebbiolo nel Cuore 2026, the 12th edition of the event exclusively dedicated to the famous Nebbiolo grape variety. The event takes place in the prestigious spaces of the The Westin Excelsior and offers two days full of tastings, meetings and insights with the protagonists of Italian viticulture.

On Saturday, Jan. 17 and Sunday, Jan. 18, producers from the historic Nebbiolo areas-from Barolo and Barbaresco to Roero, Ghemme, Gattinara, Boca, Lessona, to the micro-areas of Canavese and Valtellina-will be present with their wines at the tasting tables. The event is designed to highlight the different territorial expressions of this iconic grape variety, exploring its aromatic profiles, winemaking styles and production cultures.

In addition to tasting tables, the program includes thematic masterclasses dedicated to specific insights into Nebbiolo terroirs and production techniques, with opportunities to participate in guided sessions on selections of representative wines
