StappaLa Fiera 2025: Rome welcomes the little Vigneron. StappaLa flywheel of Italian food and wine sharing.

Kicking off on October 19, 2025 is the First Edition of Stappala Fiera, an opportunity for all Vigneron selected by Giorgia Sinapi, Domenico Accinni and Matteo Zappile in the splendid setting of theNh Collection Roma CentroHotel on Via dei Gracchi 324.

On October 19, all the producers will be present from 3 to 8 p.m. to let people taste the different wine and agricultural realities. An exceptional meeting that brings together wine enthusiasts and industry professionals to highlight an original and contemporary style of production.

Organizers:

Giorgia Sinapi, criminal defense lawyer in love with food and wine. Selected among Italy’s 40 under 40 in the enhancement of food and wine, she left law practice four years ago now to devote herself to the selection of small territories and to give voice to the boot’s artisanal products. Today La Selezione, born last November, has about 20 producers who grow month by month based on the kilometers traveled in her jeep to discover new products.

“All my experience, all my commitment and passion from these last four years traveling around Italy discovering and tasting small realities. Thus was born @stapp_la as a big sister for food and wine sharing and to follow @la_selection_ to crown my dream.” This is how Giorgia Sinapi responds to the question about the birth of the project, the same one that has seen Giorgia joined by a young and motivated porofessional, Domenico Accinni Head Sommelier of Pascucci al porticciolo*. Together they take care of the choice of companies and the enhancement of the project.

Completing the panel of selectors is Matteo Zappile already Italy’s best sommelier for the L’Espresso guide and an Ais lecturer.

Giorgia, Domenico and Matteo are now actively collaborating to give voice to those who have so far remained in the vineyard tending a life project with love and passion. We just have to wait for October 19, 2025 from 3 p.m. all ready with a glass to taste the small but great producers.

This event will become more and more characterized over time by the choice of producers and their productions, the organic and biodynamic wines, but above all artisanal in the thinking and choices of each process.
