Ama Castle

Since the late 1970s, Castello di Ama has been one of the reference wineries for the Chianti area, and in particular for the subzone of Lecchi in Chianti. We are in the commune of Gaiole, the vineyards cover an area of about 85 hectares and are almost all located at heights around or above 400 meters above sea level. The result is subtle and elegant wines that have made recent history in the area’s viticulture.
