On the pleasant hills of Ariola, Marcello Ceci has recreated a small château where bubbly is the undisputed mistress. Despite the tradition from which he will never disregard, experimentation is at home: by experimentation we mean the grounding of international grape varieties on which to develop themes no longer tied exclusively to local expressions, but the careful evaluation of how a vocated territory can influence grape varieties with a more delocalized scope.
