100% Vespaiola. Matures in barrique (but recent vintages involve use of amphora). Bright gold. On the nose some dusty notes reminiscent of almond with skin. Sweet notes of candied fruit and peach blossom follow below. Creamy palate with a bitter finish. The sip is long in persistence, with a slender, balanced finish.
